Long Bay Associates chose its name in recognition of the beautiful South Carolina coast’s tidal basin that spans 60 miles from the NC/SC state line to “2005 All-American City,” Georgetown, SC. This area’s historical name was “Long Bay” in the 1900s and is now known as the “Grand Strand.”
